Shrewsbury striker Marvin Morgan has set his sights ahead of the new season by targeting at least 12 goals this time around.
The former Aldershot forward, 29, netted 11 times for Town in his first season and is determined to better that tally, while also improving his statistics as a goal provider.
He told the Shropshire Star: "You always want to better the season you had before so I want to better my 11 goals I had and I think I can do that.
"It was a very poor goals return, but I can work on that, but when you go to a higher level you have to be clinical.
"You can't be taking 30-yard shots or 20-yarders if someone is square to make a cross for your team-mate."
