TEAMtalk rates the West Ham and Stoke players after the 1-1 Premier League draw at Upton Park on Monday night.
West Ham ratings
Jussi Jaaskelainen: Made a couple of telling saves and didn't put a foot wrong. 7
Joey O'Brien: Made a terrific run for the equaliser - his first Premier League goal of his career. 7
Winston Reid: Solid display and made sure Crouch was kept under wraps. 7
James Tomkins: Strong partnership with Reid and kept Stoke at arm's length. 7
George McCartney: Made some useful darts forward and reliable in possession. 7
Kevin Nolan: Chances few and far between, but kept get going and always a handful. 7
Mark Noble: Kept the Hammers midfield ticking over and still going strong at the end. 7
Mohamed Diame: Some neat touches when in possession, but didn't get into the game enough. 6
Gary O'Neil: Set up the goal, but was otherwise annonymous. 6
Andy Carroll: Fuming after being replaced on 85 minutes, but in truth he had little impact in attack. 6
Modibo Maiga: Little impact on the game. 5
Subs
Guy Demel: Came on for O'Brien on 77 but couldn't get into the game. 5
Matt Taylor: Replaced Maiga with five minutes to go but no time to make an impact.
Carlton Cole: On for Carroll on 85 minutes but little time to get involved.
Stoke ratings
Asmir Begovic: Had to be switched on and made one telling save from Nolan in the second half. 7
Geoff Cameron: Solid defesive display but not much of an option going forward. 6
Robert Huth: Kept Carroll quiet and was dependable. 7
Ryan Shawcross: Back to usual self after his horror show for England. 7
Andy Wilkinson: Replaced by Ryan Shotton on 32 minutes due to injury. 6
Glenn Whelan: Subbed on 61 minutes after tiring. 6
Charlie Adam: Wasted an early chance after making a great run, but that was as good as it got. 6
Steven Nzonzi: Poweful first-half display and unlucky not to score after his shot cannoned back off the bar but, like Stoke, faded after the restart. 7
Matthew Etherington: Looked dangerous when he got the ball, but starved off possession and replaced on 74 minutes. 6
Jon Walters: Impressive training ground move for the goal and did brilliantly to keep his shot down. 6
Peter Crouch: Tidy in his build-up but never looked like scoring. 6
Subs
Ryan Shotton: Replaced Wilkinson on 32 mins, but hardly shone. 6
Wilson Palacios: On for Whelan just after the hour, but failed to get a foothold in the game. 6
Michael Kightly: Replaced Etherington on 74 minutes. No real threat. 6
