Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore will leave the majority of discussions about players' futures until after the final game of the season.

Twelve of the Rovers squad are set to see their existing contracts expire this summer, with the club having the option of a further year on four other players.

Moore told the club's official website: "It all depends how I look at it. I have probably made my mind up on a few of them and it is just whether you want to rock the boat by saying it now or get the season out of the way and do it then.

"I would imagine I am not going to say too much to too many of the players. I will speak to one or two of the ones I want to keep before the season ends but the ones who won't be here I will tell them after the last game.

"I have to move one or two on to give me some finances to go and get what we are really looking for."
