The midfielder’s deal was due to expire this week but the Saddlers have moved to keep him at the Banks’s Stadium.

He has made six appearances since arriving last month and has impressed under Dean Smith.

“The coaching staff and my team-mates have been unbelievable and, even though I’ve only been here a month, I feel that I have learned a lot already.

“The style of play here suits me down to the ground and I was more than happy to extend my stay.

“There is nothing better than being out there and playing games and it’s been a busy schedule, with plenty more games on the horizon.”
