Nacer Chadli seals transfer from West Brom to Monaco

Belgium midfielder Nacer Chadli has signed a three-year deal with Monaco after leaving West Brom for an undisclosed fee.

The 29-year-old, who helped Belgium to third at the World Cup, completed his move to the Ligue 1 club on Thursday evening.

Chadli told asmonaco.com: “I am very happy to join AS Monaco, a great French club that participates in the Champions League.

“The results of the last seasons prove the quality of the project and the ambition of the club.

“I will do everything to help AS Monaco achieve great things and achieve its goals.”

Chadli joined the Baggies from Tottenham in August 2016, making 32 appearances in his first campaign and just five last season as West Brom were relegated from the Premier League.
