To be honest, I am sick of this con man philosopher. Ancelotti is available and is willing to back to the PL. I know it’s wishful thinking but the earlier we cut ties with LVG and his processes and philosophy the better.

I want AncelottI. His teams play good football, he knows how to win and he seems to get in with his players.

I am not too sure about Ancelotti. He’s a good coach and all but I am not sure I would want him because he usually doesnt stay long in his jobs – it would mean we have to replace him again in a couple of years.

I would prefer Guardiola but again – he does seem to be hopping about a bit.

Klopp also perfectly fit the bill until he signed his managerial death warrant at Liverpool.

In an ideal world I would love for Giggsy to take over and do a great job at it – ideally.

It’s a difficult one but if Ancelotti is available we should go for him – he is younger than LvG who has guaranteed that he is retiring after his contract. Ancelotti is also reknown for great man management.

I would take Ancelotti over this Dutch dipstick in a heartbeat,as for Hatters saying that “he usually doesn’t stay long in his jobs” erm I reckon that might have a bit to do with the ownership madness that happens at Chelsea and Real Madrid rather than the man himself. He got fired by Chelsea just one season after winning the league and cup double and the same thing happened at Madrid one season after winning them ‘La Decima’.He didn’t actually fare too badly at Juve or AC Milan either!.

“Dipstick” hahahaha. The blacky has no bounds. Show some respect man!

Ancelotti has announced the intention to come back into management and it immediately puts Pellegrini and van Gaal under more pressure. Wenger should be feeling Ancelotti’s presence as well but we all know he is immune to performance appraisal.

On this topic I agree with you Blacky, we have to get one of Ancelotti or Guardiola as van Gaal’s successor. Giggs would be nice but that would be fantasy land.

Lvg is abit of a spoofer! Id get ancellotti in and have giggs as assistant for the next 3-5 years! He can take over then with plenty of experience!

Im a bit confused as to why no guardiola? Hes proving to be a brilliant manager and younger…. i think hes well on the way to winning the champions league this year… under him muller and lewadownski are proving too good for Europe..so thats 3 champions league should they win this year,3 cl titles for peo and hes been managing since 2008? Yes i get ur point about him not sticking to 1 job who does nowadays? Get pep in the summer..giggs and guardiola in the dugout sounds brilliant

You could put God in charge at United and some of us would doubt the wisdom of the appointment!

What is this obsession with getting Giggs in? He has no credentials to be a manager nor a right hand man, he only got his current role as it was forced on LVG. If Giggs wants the job he should try his hand at lower league clubs just like the former great Dutch players do in Holland. He should at least coach our reserves/youth team. Whats more annoying is you get some muppets saying ‘yeah yeah Giggys legend, get him as manager with the class of 92 on the bench with him’.
