Another game we should have won – or at least drawn – but didn’t. Liverpool will be up for it on Saturday and Hull a week later and then Swansea. Lose all of those – which seems more than possible – and suddenly we are sucked in. Crouch remains our best striking option and Berahino clearly needs a pre-season before he starts firing on three cylinders, let alone four.

It was a game we should never have lost. Burnley scored their only chance and Arnie and co miss controlled whilst in good scoring positions. The 3 5 2 set up let us control the game but pieters wide left cannot cross a ball and Sobhi should have played their.
It became a launch ball game both teams sending it long Adam trying tennis serves with his boot to find space wide right. Berahino is struggling as a couple of times he looked in good positions but the ball never arrived and otherwise Cameron tried little chips over the top which he never chased or seem aware of, further anything in the air was a free clearance by keane as he never challenged for it.
i was very disappointed as we were average but still so much better than a limited Burnley who cannot of played that poor all season and won.
