Hi Guys, it’s a while since I’ve been on here, but I was wondering whether anyone can answer this ? I know an agreement was signed recently giving English Clubs a guaranteed 4 spots for the CL. However, what if in the incredibly unlikely scenario, Leicester win the CL and MU win the Europa ? Will we have 6 clubs in next season (unlikely) or will only the top 2 in the PL qualify ?

It is my understanding the both the winners get an extra place the following year, not affecting that countries allocated spaces so yes, we could have 6.
However EUFA always seem to change the rules to suit themselves, and they wont want 6 English teams so anything could happen.

Each country has a maximum of five places. If Leicester and Utd win their comps only top three will qualify.
