Only saw the highlights but looked like a decent win in the end. Glad Kelchi got a goal, still think he’s good enough to get a decent run in the team (not a starter at the moment but great cover/coming off the bench)

We got away with it after the Huddersfield goal because Huddersfield did not have nous to exploit the weakness. Our play was OK but very patchy and how we miss Merlin but agree he should have been rested and the team should have been good enough for the changes.Pleased for Garcia. Pleased for Zabbas fighting performance Pleased for Augerro..different game attitude but has never really had a bad one. Think Fernandinho is still off his top game KDB although some poor passes was relentless in his efforts Sane and Sterling….our wonder kids and will get better

As to Peps defence of Bravo…well I am sure Bravo is a good professional, a good man and on his game a competent keeper. The problem as I see it . is he is in poor form, particularly poor form for EPL which he does not appear to read the game as well. As a top team fighting for a top place it is difficult to carry a player like this. The alternatives are not great, Willy is the better keeper, but will make mistakes. Gunn will be given game eventually..but will make mistakes. We buy Neuer or other…they will make mistakes. I just feel in Bravo’s case he will always make a mistake and our defenders clearly are not as comfortable with him as Willy.

It will get sorted , I am sure….but how much better could it have been?
