OK, I know a win is a win, and we’ve seen champions being crowned off the back of “1 nil, park the bus” performances, but for me, there’s something not quite clicking at Spurs.
The last five PL games show that we’re dominating possession and certainly getting the chances, but the yield just sits a little too low for me…
Burnley : 2 goals from 60% posession and 30 shots, 9 of those on target.
Hull: 3 goals, 63% possession, 27 shots (9 o/t)
Man Utd : 59% possession, 12 shots, no goals.
Swansea : “only” 5 goals from 28 shots, 59% possession.
Chelsea : 53% possession, 12 shots, 1 goal.
We know we have the firepower, but something’s just not right, and I can’t quite put my finger on it.
