After the fine win against Wycombe, Ok there were ups and downs and the duel between Michael Doyle and Marcus Bean was scary as Bean seemed intent on getting Doyle sidelined for a long time we are now in the playoffs officially. Pausing for breath having beaten Wycombe and then Wombles both contenders it leaves me scratching my head.

This Pompey team is one of contradictions, I guess every fan of a team in the div apart from Northampton and Daggers could say the same thing. Now we need to preserve the players from the ever growing injury list and prepare to enter final round. I think, like many, I would prefer Bristol Rovers, Plymouth or Wombles and will sweat if we get Oxford, please let them get automatics and not really fancy Accy. But whoever it is let’s hope the best players will be available and then I reckon we can all meet up at Wembley for the big one.

    Cheers

    Chris

Nothing to disagree with in your last post Chris. Now can we do it against Hartlepool and Northampton and at least get 5th place. Plymouth have a difficult game tomorrow so fingers crossed.
