Wonder if the longball to Lukaku will be a knockdown to Rashford on the left & Sanchez on the right, or Rashford on the right & Sanchez on the left, assuming the bus is fixed in time for the visit of Brighton in the FA Cup this weekend. Pointless assembling a squad that expensive to push the bus to games. 😄

Where is the Turd Utd fan Martial. This is hilarious.

Wonder if he’s now giving tactical advice to Maureen as well 😂

Woke up this morning to the news. I’m still over the moon about it. Just goes to show.. You can’t underestimate Sevilla. Somehow they’ve just got that magic touch when it comes to European competitions like we did under Rafa. Wouldn’t want to run into them again.

Just seen Mourinho’s post-match press conference comments when he said:

“I sat in this chair twice in the Champions League after knocking out Manchester United [in the last 16] at home, at Old Trafford. In this chair with Porto (in 2004) and Real Madrid (in 2013), they are out both times. It is not something new for the club.”

Now, I thought it was always Brendan Rogers that got accused of being a bit “David Brent”; but has there ever been a better parody of the “You’re still thinking about the bad news sketch”? I don’t know who writes his scripts but they could be up for a BAFTA next time around.

I posted this wishlist earlier but it needs updating now

    1. Watching United (hopefully) sweat it out against Sevilla this week
    2. Seeing Salah getting top scorer this season as Kane is out and Lukaku is on 14 goals!
    3. Last but not least, sitting back and (hopefully) watching City claim the PL title at Old Toilet 🙂

AK, the expectation for Keita is not getting out of hand.

If he turns out to have the same impact as Salah or Mane, we could be on to yet another big winner here.

Not only that, we might buy an additional midfielder this summer, like a defensive midfielder, so the burden of expectation will not be all on Keita

Apparently we are very much in the hunt for a no6 with Jorginho leading the list.
So if Kieta and Jorginho comes in then there’s midfielders going out.
    Maybe Can?
    Lallana?

Ginger, it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if Henderson went this summer. Unlikely but there’s been the odd red flag for me this season with him. The pass the parcel of the captains armband and his omission in certain games.

Ginger, I have seen our links to Jorginho, a top player, though I’m not sure if he’s a purely defensive midfielder, even though he plays there most of the time, apparently.

As to which midfielder leaves, I’m not really bothered as long as we’re adequately staffed in this department.

However I think Henderson will be getting increasingly pissed off at being dropped repeatedly, yet he is captain – I think either one of him, Lallana or Milner could leave if it comes to it

To be honest I don’t think any of our midfielders are safe.
If people are thinking we’re gonna sign an out and out defensive midfielder I think they’re gonna be disappointed.
I don’t believe that’s what Klopps interested in.

But is Jorginho not a defensive midfielder, well at least most of the time?
