….I summarised my views on Suarez coming back to Liverpool above but hold my hand up for the couple of lazy posts. Cheers 999

Cheers mate, that’s why I was surprised. I was wondering if it was really you!

Anyway, I’m not impressed by the prospect of Pato at Chelsea, I’m not sure why you need him when you have likes of Hazard, Oscar and Pedro – what do you reckon?

    beni, thanks for that buddie.

On Pato we’re short up front and its effectively a try before you buy deal and at £30k a week and £7 m if we buy him in the summer it’s more than reasonable in these days of ridiculous wages and transfer fees.

Perhaps a sign of the times with FFP biting at Chelsea.

Given Pato’s delight at the move and his commitment to the movd I hope it works out primarily for him.

But realistically it could all be a waste of time too we shall see. Cheers 999

Tell you what, Hiddink is no fool. He didn’t want to buy Pato outright and it’s because Pato is rubbish.

I guess there is that small chance that he’ll do a Bojan and actually be worth signing but I think it’ll be a loan followed by a refusal to purchase. The club he’s been contracted to for the last few years aren’t trying to flog him off to anyone for no reason.

Much respect to Hiddink for not only spotting the potential waste of money but for acting like he’s more than just an interim at chelsea.

Nothing ventured nothing gained Mr Mak its another body up front that just might score a crucial goal or two and at £30k a week if it doesn’t work out which well it might not it won’t break the bank and if it does work out it’s got to be a benefit to be able to try before you buy and he would only allegedly cost us circa £7m in the Summer.
