So you don’t remember us beating you the last time we played manthistle? Lol, we’re not famous anymore.

    1) Manchester United, don’t dislike the club, players or staff just the fans. All the successes of yesteryear attracted the worst kind of football fan.

    2) The other home nations. Fans more concerned with England than there own results at times.

    3) Spain – At their pomp they were hugely successful but I found them dull to watch at times.

    1) Gooners for all the normal reasons and loads of abnormal reasons and my cousin who is a fanatic and he goes mental when they lose.
    2) Chelsea due to the “new” fans who were nowhere before Roman and my cousins brother who is a fanatic and goes even more mental when they lose.
£) West Ham due to my Millwall connections and the fact that they hate us.

Ok, I get why most opposition fans enjoy watching Arsenal fans to react to losses – I’m sure I’d find it just as amusing if I wasn’t a Gooner myself, but I’d expect a bit of empathy from the Man U fans. After just two seasons of van Gaal, you guys were throwing your toys – imagine another 10!

As for you poor Spuds, you do have an unfair advantage guys – after 55….well….let’s be honest, it’s gonna be 56…..years of failure, disappointment must be second nature to you by now 😉

    Arsenal.

Back in the early Wenger days it was purely because I hated his and his players’ arrogance. These days it’s just because I love to see chaos that comes with another loss. The fans just lose it.

Ironically, if it’s not my own team, the one team I would actually pay to see play, it is Arsenal, because they do play an attractive style of football.

But listening to Arsenal fans try and convince everyone else that “it’s different this year, we really will win it” and then hear those same people calling for Wenger’s head when the inevitable happens is quite amusing.

id have to disagree with you there Foxy, very very few arsenal fans have said anything like it will be our year for many years and less and less each year, though its another weird comparison with liverpool and their fans

I love the myth that rival fans mention about “new chelsea fans”.

We increased our capacity 20 years ago and haven’t since, and its more or less been a sell out since those days. The extra fans we have are foreign fans who come to London for the week and want to watch a football game, so they go to a Chelsea game. I prefer a smaller fan base because we are real local fans, not fans that live in London and support United or Liverpool for example. And as for Arsenal fans, while i agree that some times The Bridge can be fairly quiet, you can’t hear a squeak at the 60,000 capacity Emirates. To be fair their most vocal song these days are boo’s at the end of a match!

Gotta love this thread, people judging a whole fans base because they see a few outspoken ones lose their cool on fan TV or twitter.

@steveosnakeeye. Fair play mate. The Manchester United page has it’s fair share of wet blankets but I think we have a lot more posters altogether plus we also have a fair few balanced posters to even it out.

Also, according to Mourinho we drew 1-1 yesterday so we remain unbeaten, are still in the chase for top 4, and we now have a cup final to look forward to hehehehe.
