It is early in the season and we must not get carried away but this is the way to brush aside lower league teams. This was a good result with a good performance and four good goals, GOODNIGHT.

The two players making their debuts gave a good account of themselves, obviously Samuel Saiz as a play-maker cum goal scorer, Caleb Ekuban made his mark, Alioski showed what he can do when he came on – a left footer playing on the right wing and there was a reminder of the potential that Vieira has.

Bring on Preston North End for the next match. Thomas Christenson has some interesting selection choices to make.

    Keep the Faith. WAL

Indeed Phoenix, we tore into their defence at will, it could have been about 5 of 6 easily!

We have some great attacking options, just need to strengthen the back line with another addition and cannot wait for Pontus to come back 🙂

Happy with Saiz, Ekuban, Alioski, Anita, Pennington (apart from injury) and Klich! 😀

Only uncertainty at the moment is the keeper Felix Wiedwald… hopefully he will continue to improve like Green did once he gets confidence.

Agreed on all points, lads, except to add that I struggled to see any signs of improvement from Sakho?
