City v Liverpool is the big one, could they get a City backlash?

No doubt another circus extravaganza with Klopp reverting to plan A and, when that doesn’t work, errrrrr….. reverting to plan A.
Meanwhile Pep will keep his troops charging forward with little or no concern to the safety of the back line, because that’s the Spanish plan A.
Should be a great game for the populists eventually ending up 14 -12 to the Mooners.
A game, I imagine, much enjoyed on Italian Television,………… well one Italian television anyway.

Hard one to call. Both defences are shite. I certainly think Liverpool can go there and give them a game but city be hurting after cl exit

What Klopp did v City at Anfield clearly was a plan B. Very disciplined approach to the game.

Mufc, klopp gas no plan b seems to pop up a lot but he shows he has. You mention the city game.wewent to old tarford and played a diamond. Two different games, two different formations. Problem stems when we can’t break the so called lesser teams down. We were beating these teams easily enough at the start of the season. I think the problem was we can’t handle more thrn one game a week. The butnley result was massive as we came from 1-0 down to win.

I think this game will be like the ine at anfield. It’s going to be very tight and I don’t think it will be a high scoring game

Liverpool are a very good team 1 to 11 when they have everybody fit and on form but no Henderson seems to be a problem for them and currently both Coutinho and Mane are struggling for form.

Neither team is particularly strong defensively it’s a difficult one to forecast due to City’s midweek elimination in the CL.

I’m hoping Liverpool can do us a favour but that depends on which Liverpool turns up. 🙂

Leeds a Brighton today. Don’t think we are playing well enough, can see us losing by the odd goal. Good to see Sheffield Wed lose last night, gives us a little bit of breathing space today.

I think Wenger wants to stay but results are going so badly against him it’s difficult to see how he can continue on past this season especially if Arsenal lose their CL place as it seems they now might.

It alike that there is a certain inevitability about it all now but there is still the Kroenke factor.
