Spurs had so much possession cause they are in incredible form while Chelsea are not. At the end of the day that is not remembered same as the teams that reach the final. Anyway the league is far from over still can go anyway

Maybe you’re right re City allocation timeline GJ. All I know is that the press have widely reported that City were struggling to sell out, and that in response City supporters groups were complaining that their semi was on Sunday as many of their fans have work on the Monday (which tbh seems like a soppy excuse to me but there it is).

And when you add to the above Pep’s stated displeasure with lack of atmosphere at the Etihad (and so many supporters leaving early at games) then it seems City as a club are maybe having to contend with a larger percentage of glory hunting ‘football tourists’ than most. Don’t get me wrong, every big club has them these days. It just seems that City’s problem is worse?

It clashed with the marathon as well Ash. And there aren’t enough coaches in the north west to get them all to Wembley. And you could only buy a ticket if you had a purchase history????

Fair point re the marathon WG, although I wouldn’t have thought the marathon would materially affect travel from the north west specifically.

United never seem to have a problem, although TBF most of their fans are only starting out from Surrey 🙂

Marco Silva ! take a bow son. he has had a tremendous impact on Hull City. a team that looked deemed to have relegated before his appointment. now looks odds to survive.

Full credit to both teams yesterday. Spurs played very well. Chelsea were clinical. You just can’t make mistakes against them. Even though matic goal sealed it for Chelsea you kind of just had to appreciate it.

Happy days for once. We keep a first clean sheet in ages, finally stop Lukaku from scoring his 1000th goal in a row against us, and the scummies choke at Wembley! 🙂

Cech should have steamed out, and clattered Aguero, when he took that heavy touch. Great finish though.

Our defence continues being RIDICULOUS!! Lovern one of the worst defenders of the world and Klopp wants to extend his contract!! Jurgen stop being idiot and become more mature…

The icing on the cake would be beating Arsenal in the final to seal the double (hopefully).

Take it back to where it started:

    Arsenal 3-0 Chelsea

In Jurgen we trust!! A manager like the previous ones who makes one mistake after the other and we can not smile at all. The saddest thing is that he does not want to learn from his mistakes… So keep Lovren and say good bye to CL!!!
