‘Obviously he’d like to’ – Agent of key Chelsea man fuels the fire as swap deal to be mooted

The agent of key Chelsea man Jorginho has fuelled the fire of his exit talk with a swap deal offer reportedly in the works from Juventus.
While the trio of Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen have dominated headlines, the Blues have several contract concerns for next summer as well as this year. Jorginho is one of their stars who’s deal runs out in 2023.
The Italy international has established himself as one of the first names on the team sheet since his 2018 arrival from Napoli.
However, it’s been heavily suggested that he wants to return to play in his home country before his career is done.
And now 30, the clock is somewhat ticking away for him to make that happen. So whether he will renew at Stamford Bridge is up in the air.
His potential availability has peaked the interest of Juventus. After all, he is one of the best midfielders in the world.
Now Gazzetta dello Sport report the Old Lady have an agreement in place with Jorginho and his representatives. That’s believed to be a four-year deal with an annual salary of €6.5m (£5.5m).
What’s more, Tutto-Juve claim they are ready to put forward the proposal of an exchange with Adrien Rabiot.
Amid all the speculation, agent Joao Santos has teased the move while speaking to Radio Marte on Saturday.

Three Chelsea players linked with moves to Juventus amid Abramovic uncertainty
Antonio Rudiger, Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri have all been linked with moves to Juventus this summer amid uncertainty surrounding the club after owner Roman Abramovich was sanctioned by the British government.
He said: “Since Sarri’s time there has been talk of Juve, but at the moment Chelsea can’t do anything on the market.
“We’ll have to see what happens. Obviously Juventus are an important team at a European level, we’ll have to see.
“He came to Italy when he was 15 years old, obviously he’d like to come back one day.
“But now he is focused on the national team because he has to go to the World Cup, let’s hope it goes well.”

Chelsea team-mates could move together
Jorginho could be linking up with Rudiger as he will be signing a contract with Juventus upon the expiry of his Chelsea deal, according to reports in Italy.
Gazzetta Dello Sport again carry the story. They claim it is now a done deal for him to join Juventus in the summer. It will represent a return to Serie A for the former Roma defender.
An agreement has been found for Rudiger to sign a four-year contract with Juve.
Per Gazzetta, he preferred them to Madrid or Bayern. Since they are a foreign club, they are able to secure a pre-contract agreement.
