Cesc Fabregas adds fuel to fire on Aurelien Tchouameni, Liverpool transfer with comments on teammate

Cesc Fabregas has added fuel to the fire over a potential move to Liverpool for his teammate Aurelien Tchouameni, following comments on both.
Tchouameni has been linked with a move away from Monaco for a while now. The 22-year-old has performed consistently for the Ligue 1 side for the last two seasons.
Indeed, he missed just two league games last term, and contributed to six goals from the midfield. This season, he has missed three league games, and has contributed to five goals.
He is clearly one of Monaco’s most influential players. They finished third last season, and could well go one better, and finish second this term.
Given Tchouameni’s obvious talent, a move has beckoned. Multiple Premier League sides have been linked with a snare for the young midfielder: Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City have scouted him.
The youngster’s Monaco teammate, Fabregas, is well versed in playing in the Premier League. He played for Arsenal for eight seasons, and then Chelsea for five, prior to ending up at Monaco.
The Spaniard has been with the Ligue 1 club for the entire time Tchouameni has been there. What’s more, he feels the 22-year-old, along with some teammates, would fit in nicely at one of the interested Premier League sides.

Liverpool in direct talks with Monaco for Tchouameni
French journalists have confirmed Liverpool and Real Madrid are talking to AS Monaco over the signing of Tchouameni this summer
“I hope I have helped. We like each other and I will continue to follow them, exchange with them,” he told RMC Sport.
“I would like to see [Youssouf] Fofana, [Sofiane] Diop or Tchouameni at Bayern or Liverpool!”
Tchouameni ready to take next step
Following the comments, it appears Tchouameni is ready to take the next step. Fabregas knows what it takes to perform in the Premier League, and has the second-most assists ever to prove it.
As such, the reference on his teammate could go a long way. It had already seemed Tchouameni had progressed to a level where he may want to move on.
The Premier League is often referred to as the best league in the world. Challenging himself in England seems an appropriate next step in the midfielder’s career.
The comments from Fabregas may just be enough to give Liverpool the push they need to go all in in their pursuit of the young Monaco star.
