Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp called a ‘petulant child’ who is ‘cracking under the pressure’ over Didi Hamann comments
Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor has seemingly reignited his row with Jurgen Klopp after labelling the Liverpool boss a ‘petulant child’ who is ‘cracking under the pressure this season’.
Agbonlahor was far from impressed with Klopp for lashing out at a reporter over comments made about Liverpool’s current plight by former Anfield favourite Didi Hamann.
Klopp and Agbonlahor actually had a spat earlier in the campaign when the German took umbrage to the former England forward’s criticism over Manchester United.
And it appears another row could be on the horizon after Agbonlahor publicly slammed Klopp on talkSPORT.
He said: “I thought Jurgen Klopp was like a petulant child.
“Didi Hamann won the Champions League for Liverpool, had a fantastic career, if he can’t [be critical] about Liverpool then who can?
“Is it only Robbie Fowler, Ian Rush, Steven Gerrard. Is it only certain players who can talk about Liverpool?
“I think he’s losing his spark a bit Jurgen Klopp, he’s cracking under the pressure.
“Bringing your best player, your most influential player, in Mo Salah off when you need a goal against Arsenal – something’s not right there with Jurgen Klopp.
Could be time for Klopp to move on
“It happened at previous clubs where his seventh season was his last one. Could it come at the end of the season where Liverpool don’t finish in the top four, because I don’t think they will, that Jurgen Klopp leaves and Liverpool freshen it up?
“You can’t keep making wrong decisions like he’s doing at the moment. Snapping at the media? It was a perfectly honest question if they need a spark.
“Whether it’s Henderson getting a goal, Thiago creating an opportunity or Salah getting back to the Salah before his contract.
“That’s a harmless thing for Hamann to say, but for him [Klopp] to hit out as Hamann as a nobody…
“Even when he had a go at me talking about a total different team, I think he’s losing it. He needs to work on his team playing good football.”
“Do me a favour and ask your own question” 😳

The Reds are back in action on Wednesday evening when they head to Rangers in the Champions League.
Klopp‘s men actually looked like they had built a little momentum after their 2-0 win over the Scottish outfit at Anfield last week. However, that was all undone after a 3-2 defeat to table-topping Arsenal last Sunday.
And speaking ahead of the game against Rangers, Klopp is hoping for another reaction from his players.
He said: “I have to remind the team it will be different this week to last, because they are human beings.
“In Champions League always this middle game, and we’ve had the situation where the away game is more difficult to the home game.”
