Euro Paper Talk: Ole wants to add £60m Bundesliga star to Man Utd attack

Dani Olmo playing for RB Leipzig

Manchester United are looking to add another attacker to their ranks in the shape of a £60m Bundesliga star, while Arsenal have set their sights on signing a new No.10 – both in the latest Euro Paper Talk.

Manchester United are reportedly interested in adding another versatile forward to their ranks, despite having an abundance of attacking talent already on board.

RB Leipzig attacking midfielder Dani Olmo is once again being linked with a switch to Old Trafford, having made a big impression in Germany.

Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk, both United and Manchester City are interested in the 23-year-old.

Falk also states that the Red Devils has been scouting the Spain international for some time, although at this stage it’s unclear if they will be happy to pay his £60million asking price.

Barcelona are also thought to be monitoring former player Olmo, although their financial troubles are likely to prevent any deal.

Olmo left Barca’s famed La Masia as a 16-year-old and joined Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2014.

Paul Pogba offered to a host of European clubs

Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola has reportedly offered the Frenchman to top European clubs, with more updates on Barcelona's interest in Edinson Cavani, Nemanja Matic and Donny van de Beek

He helped the Croatian side to five league titles during six years before heading to Leipzig in 2020.

He has so far notched 12 goals and 14 assists in 64 games for the Bundesliga outfit. During his time there Leipzig having finished third and second in the league and reached the Champions League semis.

The report does not state where United would play Olmo, if he joined them. Bruno Fernandes is clearly the club’s top option in the No.10 role, although Olmo also has the ability to play out wide.

As Man Utd struggle, can Spurs, Arsenal or Leicester gatecrash the Premier League’s top four?
