Micah Richards tears into ‘pathetic’ Man Utd superstar who’s sabotaging Ten Hag

Micah Richards slammed Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes for his “embarrassing” and “pathetic” actions that the pundit believes is holding the Red Devils back.
Fernandes was named skipper of Man Utd in the aftermath if Erik ten Hag stripping Harry Maguire of the captaincy in July.
The Portuguese playmaker, 28, remains one of the most creative forces in the Premier League. However, his histrionics and body language when things are going against Man Utd have often been a point of contention.
Fernandes was far from alone in struggling to make an impact for United during the 2-0 defeat to Tottenham on Saturday.
But according to pundit Micah Richards, Fernandes’ actions – and specifically his public show of disappointment at young winger Facundo Pellistri – are now proving detrimental to Man Utd.
Richards savages Bruno
“It’s getting embarrassing now,” Richards said on The Rest is Football podcast. “The young lad Pellistri comes on, Fernandes is trying to get his team playing and I totally understand he’s frustrated.
“Pellistri made a run, Fernandes didn’t see him and [so] he made a different run but because he wasn’t where [Fernandes] wanted him to be, he’s going off at Pellistri.
“It’s every time. I saw an interview with him the other day and he said he needs to be emotional when he performs because it makes him play better.
“But I feel like his body language on the pitch is disturbing the rest of the team and it’s just not a good look at all. It’s pathetic at times.”
In unrelated news, Pellistri now looks on course to leave Man Utd with a loan switch within the Premier League gathering pace…
