Liverpool ace tipped as key to unlock attacking potential of Man Utd pair

Liverpool ace Roberto Firmino has been tipped as the key to unlock the attacking potential of Manchester United pair Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho.
While the Reds have been at their scintillating best this season, the Red Devils have off the boil in front of goal. Jurgen Klopp’s men have bagged 75 goals in the Premier League compared to just 48 for Ralf Rangnick’s side.
Two United stars who have particularly struggled for form have been Rashford and Sancho.
But former midfielder Kleberson believes they could get back to their best if Firmino was signed in the summer.
He told Paddy Power: “Roberto Firmino’s style would suit Manchester United, especially the way he plays for Liverpool.
“For the Brazil national team, he plays higher up, but for Liverpool he’s a bit deeper.
“He’s learned so many things from Jurgen Klopp and he is so smart on the pitch.
“His movement to create space, or sometimes to occupy space, allows his teammates to.
“If Manchester United wanted to make a change, he’s a good player that can help, especially with Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho on the wings.

Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd & Man City eye Monaco star
Aurelien Tchouameni is available this summer for only £50m as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all ready to bid for the French midfielder.
“Firmino can help those players create space when they’re on the attack.
“That’s the type of player Manchester United should be looking at. A player with Firmino’s quality can help release the team.
“He’s a great player and he’d be a good fit, and a good signing for Manchester United.”
Liverpool could regret departure
Firmino has fallen from prominence in the Liverpool side this season ahead of the end of his contract next summer.
Injury kept him sidelined for a lengthy spell towards the end of last year and again from February to March.
But when called on by Klopp he has proved he is still a top talent at the age of 30.
As he’s now behind Diogo Jota, Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz in the Reds pecking order, his departure seems inevitable.
But that could be a bad business move for the Merseysiders if United opt to act on Kleberson’s advice.
