Adomah gets Bees up~and running

The hosts took the lead in the 17th minute after a furiously-paced opening period when Adomah’s tricky run down the right took him past two defenders, before he thumped home from 12 yards out.

Morecambe levelled three minutes before the half-time interval as former Celtic man Diarmuid O’Carroll controlled Neil Wainwright’s cross and volleyed home his second goal of the season.

The second half saw few clear-cut chances, but Barnet nearly snatched all three points as substitute Luke Medley’s effort was cleared off the line moments before the final whistle.
