Arsenal prepare to hold talks over €60m-rated Man Utd target
Arsenal are set to open talks for Brazilian starlet and Manchester United target Malcom today, according to a report.
The Bordeaux forward has been in sensational form so far this season, bagging Ligue 1 goals so far this season and adding four assists.
The 20-year-old is reportedly being chased by Premier League duo Arsenal and Man Utd, with the Gunners viewing him as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez.
Malcom is apparently viewed as the ideal successor to Sanchez, who is reportedly on the verge of sealing a January switch to Prem leaders Manchester City.
The former Corinthians man dropped a hint that a possible move to England may be on the cause as he recently posted a picture on his Instagram account of him learning English.
Reports had suggested that United boss Jose Mourinho was ready to pay €45million for him, but the Ligue 1 side have made it clear they do not want to do business this January.
However, according to Calciomercato.com, €60million could tempt them into a sale and that is the figure that Arsenal are mulling over.
