Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has left Arsenal fans concerned after liking an Instagram post which called manager Unai Emery a puppet.
The Gabonese forward has been linked with a move away from The Emirates this summer which reported interest from a number of Chinese Super League clubs as well as Manchester United thought to be interested.
Aubameyang currently has two years left on his deal at Arsenal and after the saga which saw Aaron Ramsey leave on a free to Juventus this year, the board have made it clear that players will not be allowed to run down their contacts any more.
Now, the 30-year-old has given Gunners fans something to worry about after liking an Instagram post which appeared to call Emery a puppet.
The post was from AFTV, the YouTube channel which allows arsenal fans to voice their opinions on the club. The post had ‘Unai Emery is at Arsenal as a puppet’ written across the top of the video as well as referring to it in the caption.
“I don’t see where he’s got any control at all, whether he’ll get the players he wants,” says AFTV’s Claude in the video. “I think he’s probably there as a puppet for the board.”
Aubameyang’s personal account @aubameyang97 liked the post.

There are many concerns amongst fans about how Arsenal is being run, especially after the club failed to secure Champions league football and were embarrassed 4-1 by Chelsea in the Europa League final. This fresh news of Aubameyang’s social media antics will only increase worries at the club.
Arsenal only have a reported £40m transfer budget to use this summer so if the forward does want to leave and wont sign a new deal, he may be sold as Emery look to target a new centre-back, two full backs, a winger and a central midfielder.
