Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto looks set to snub Manchester United and Chelsea after insisting that he is happy at the Nou Camp.
The Premier League pair have been strongly linked with the Spain international over the last month, after the player admitted that he may have to move on as Barca were continually linked with big-money swoops for Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele.
The Catalan giants has since brought in former Tottenham midfielder Paulinho, prompting yet more speculation that Roberto would be surplus to requirements.
However, after scoring his side’s second goal in their emotional 2-0 La Liga win over Real Betis on Sunday, the versatile 25-year-old admitted he is not considering quitting the club.
“I feel at ease here and I am happy at Barcelona.
“I like playing in midfield and I want to carry on working hard, I am happy and I still want to feel important.”
