Bayern Munich have joined Barcelona, Manchester United and Arsenal in the race for an Ivorian attacker, a report claims.

Lille are said to have told suitors that the in-demand winger will cost around €30m, if clubs want to sign him in the January transfer window.

Pepe, who netted 13 times in all competitions last season and has 17 in 41 appearances overall, saw his name linked with a move to both Sevilla and Lyon over the summer, while Premier League interest was reported from Southampton.

Saints reportedly saw a €14m offer knocked back by the Ligue 1 side late on in the summer window.

Now, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes, Bayern Munich have entered the race to sign the 23-year-old, who has already scored six times this season.

The report states that Barcelona and Arsenal are the ones leading the race for Pepe, but that competition is fierce for his signature.

Reports recently stated that the Gunners had made contact with his representatives ahead of a possible move, while French publication Telefoot has since claimed that United have joined the race for his signature after the club sent scouts to check on him in recent weeks.
