Birmingham take young Chelsea midfielder on season-long loan

Birmingham have signed Jeremie Boga on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

The 20-year-old Ivory Coast international signed a new three-year contract with his parent club before moving to the Championship outfit, Chelsea announced on Monday.

Boga, who made his Premier League debut on the opening day of the season against Burnley, is Birmingham’s ninth signing of the summer transfer window.
