Buffon names the two Tottenham players Juventus fear the most
Gianluigi Buffon has revealed the two Tottenham players that Juventus will be paying closest attention to at Wembley on Wednesday night.
The two sides are level at 2-2 following an exciting tussle in Turin in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie, a game in which the visitors came from 2-0 down.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Buffon was asked his thoughts on how good Tottenham actually are, to which he replied: “They are a side that can cause us difficulty and they play good football so it should be very good to watch. The team that is more clinical will win the tie.”

Asked who he feared the most, he added: “Tottenham have some very good attacking players. (Harry) Kane and (Delle) Alli are players that we must not let dictate things.”
There was plenty of pessimism knocking around in Italy after the first leg but that does not bother the veteran Italian: “When Juventus plays badly there is always pessimism. We are used to doing well but sometimes you have to give the opponent credit.”
