Leicester: Saw off Sevilla

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League was made on Friday morning with Leicester handed Spanish opposition.

The Premier League’s last standing representative were handed a tie against Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid.

The Foxes will continue their remarkable run by travelling to the Spanish capital for the first leg in the week beginning April 10, with the second match taking place the following week.

Craig Shakespeare’s side secured their unexpected progress with a 2-0 second-leg victory over Sevilla, while Atletico defeated Bayer Leverkusen 4-2 on aggregate.

Elsewhere, Man City’s conquerors Monaco were paired with Borussia Dortmund, while Bayern Munich host Real Madrid in a real blockbuster, while Juventus take on Barcelona.
