Felipe Anderson is the subject of a bidding war, with West Ham and Chelsea looking to get the Lazio midfielder, reports claim.

According to the Daily Mirror, the London duo are battling Monaco and Valencia for the Lazio star.

Sky in Italy claimed that Lazio sporting director Igli Tare will fly to London on Thursday to conclude a deal.

Anderson is keen to move to the Premier League  to work with new manager Manuel Pellegrini and personal terms are close to being agreed on a deal worth a reported £80,000 a week.

Tuttosport stated earlier in the month that Southampton and Leicester City had joined West Ham in the race for the Brazilian winger, who provided eight goals and 10 assists in all competitions this season despite missing 20 games through injury.
