Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko could leave Stamford Bridge before the end of the week, according to reports.
Goal claims that AC Milan are set to agree a loan with an option to buy the 23-year-old, just one season after he arrived in the Premier League.
Bakayoko failed to live up to expectations following his 2017 switch from Monaco, and new head coach Maurizio Sarri has opened the door for the player to leave.
As part of the loan deal, Milan will have the chance to sign Bakayoko permanently for €35m next summer – €5m less than Chelsea paid for him last year.
The transfer window in Italy is open until Friday, meaning Bakayoko has just under a week to complete his move to San Siro.
Chelsea brought in Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic to bolster their midfield in the summer, pushing the Frenchman closer to an exit.
