Chelsea have serious rivals for £53m Gonzalo Higuain
Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain is reportedly interested in a move to AC Milan this summer.
New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is also keeping tabs on the former Napoli hitman as he looks to make “one or two adjustments” at Stamford Bridge.
Sportitalia claim Fali Ramadani – who helped broker Sarri’s arrival – has held negotiations with Juventus over moves for Daniele Rugani and Higuain.
Chelsea are also reported to be meeting his brother, Nicolas, who also acts as his agent, on Wednesday to discuss a £53million transfer which would see the Argentine handed a three-year deal worth around £127,000 a week.
Calciomercato claim 30-year-old Higuain will be sold this summer by Juventus and he is annoyed at the club for forcing him out and for having signed Cristiano Ronaldo to push him closer to the exit door.
Sky Italia report that Higuain is interested in a move to AC Milan this summer and he has sent text messages to players who currently ply their trade with the Rossoneri to find out whether the club have an interest in him.
The striker has accepted that his time at Turin has come to an end and AC Milan, who have financial troubles, are understood to be looking to somehow finance a move for the Argentine forward.
