Alvaro Morata: Would prefer a return to Juve this summer

Chelsea and Manchester United target Alvaro Morata has reportedly agreed a move to Serie A giants AC Milan.

The Rossoneri are believed to have jumped ahead of the Premier League duo for the Real Madrid hitman and are ready to offer a salary of €7.5m a year.

It had been claimed that Zinedine Zidane, fresh from winning his first La Liga title as Real boss, was trying to convince Morata to stay but it would now seem that the Spain striker will be on his way this summer.

The 24-year-old, who previously played in Italy for Juventus, was Real’s second top scorer this season with 15 goals, despite only starting 14 games.

The fee being muted is around €60 million and talks are expected to get underway in due course, according to the report in Calciomercato, via Gazzetta dello Sport.
