Luis Enrique: Praise for Wenger

Chelsea will reportedly turn to former Barcelona chief Luis Enrique should Antonio Conte leave this summer.

The Mail on Sunday cliam that Conte will quit the club at the end of the season after growing disgruntled with the Blues’ transfer frustrations this season.

That has seen Chelsea begin to plan for life without the Italian, and they are believed to have looked at Massimiliano Allegri and Diego Simeone as potential replacements.

However. Enrique’s availability is reported to have swayed Chelsea and pushed him to the top of their wishlist.

Enrique won La Liga twice as well as the Champions League in three seasons with the Catalan giants.
