Real Madrid will reportedly target a move for Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp this summer amid claims that could also affect the managerial hotseats at Chelsea and Juventus.

The Sun on Sunday – which given the newspaper’s reputation in the city, will be treated with disdain – claims Real Madrid have earmarked Klopp as their No 1 target to replace Zinedine Zidane this summer.

The paper claims Zindane will be given the boot in the summer if Real Madrid fail to retain the Champions League trophy after a disappointing defence of their LaLiga title.

It’s suggested Real president Florentino Perez has been left hugely impressed with Klopp’s tactics with Liverpool seemingly on the brink of the Champions League semi-finals.

It’s also suggested the German’s eye for a player, together with his ability to get the best out of players seemingly not good enough – with Loris Karius cited as an example – as another factor in Real’s wish to appoint him as manager.

It’s claimed Klopp is also wanted by Bayern Munich, but his association with Borussia Dortmund means a move to Real looks more likely.

With Zidane possibly on his way out of the Bernabeu this summer, the Sunday Express believes the Frenchman already has his next job lined up  – at another of his former club, Juventus.

The paper claims in an exclusive that Zidane is the coach that Juventus will turn to in the summer as a replacement for Massimiliano Allegri, with their report claiming the Italian will replace Antonio Conte at Chelsea.

The Express exclusive suggests Allegri has now emerged as Roman Abramovich’s No 1 target, ahead of Luis Enrique, to succeed Conte in the Chelsea hotseat this summer.

It’s claimed Enrique, who is also a target for Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal, is refusing to be rushed into making a decision and Abramovich is now looking elsewhere – with Allegri the man now tipped to succeed his fellow Italian at Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Chelsea can still win the FA Cup this season, but their struggles to claim a top-four place will see him move on this summer, according to the report.

Conte insists a decision on his future will be left until the end of the season, saying: “Then will be right moment to speak about the future and to make a plan.

“It’s always the same, you feel something wrong with yourself – that you are not a winner. You are a loser!”
