2:22pm: Lazio are hoping to sign Victor Wanyama from Tottenham, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, with sporting director Igli Tare in London after failing to convince Chelsea to sell Olivier Giroud. A return to Celtic was earlier ruled out for Wanyama (12:18pm).
