Whittaker grabbed his second two minutes later. He played a one-two with Davis before hitting a curling shot past Cerny from 22 yards.

With three minutes to go Hamilton’s Mark McLaughlin nodded home from a Luis Rubiales corner but Rangers stay top with a 100% record.
