Euro Paper Talk: Kante deal cited as fed up Chelsea star eyes exit

One Chelsea forward is looking for a move away, while Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is pulling strings to try and land a Bayern Munich star, according to European papers.

REAL MADRID GIVEN HUGE HAZARD BOOST

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is fed up of life at Stamford Bridge and will look to secure a move to Real Madrid, according to a report.

Hazard has a contract which expires in June 2020 and his long-term future has been often discussed, with a move to Real strongly touted.

The forward joined Chelsea from Lille in June 2012 and has admitted he is uncertain whether to sign a contract extension at Stamford Bridge or seek a “dream” move to the Bernabeu.

Hazard has been in sparkling form this season and was asked about persistent rumours of a switch to Real after a win at Southampton.

“Real Madrid is the best club in the world. It is my dream since I was a kid,” he revealed.

“Sometimes in my head, I wake up in the morning and think I want to go. Sometimes I think I want to stay. It is a hard decision. It is my future.”

Now, Diario Gol claim that the 27-year-old is ‘fed up’ at the club, with the new deal awarded to N’Golo Kante seen as part of the reasoning.

The France international put to pen to paper on a new contract reportedly worth £290,000-a-week, while it is understood that Chelsea are willing to offer in excess of that to get Hazard to sign.

The longer Hazard’s contract saga continues, the more likely he is to have his head turned by Real Madrid interest, and the more hopeful Los Blancos will be about getting Chelsea to sell.

CHELSEA STEAL A MARCH ON MAN UTD WITH MEGA BID

Chelsea look set to stun Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona by winning the race for an Inter Milan star, a report claims.

Slovakia defender Milan Skriniar has been a long-time target for Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho, who remains desperate to land a new centre-back in January after missing out on several targets over the summer.

However, reports recently emerged suggesting that United now face major rivals in their efforts to sign the £70m-rated star as Chelsea have joined the race.

Now, reports in Italy go one further by suggesting that the Blues are now firmly ahead in the race to land Skriniar in January.

Both La Repubblica and Tuttosport believe that Chelsea have pushed themselves into the ascendancy, with the latter reporting that Sarri is ready to offer €80m in order to get the deal over the line.

Sarri wants to bring in some younger defensive talent, with Gary Cahill and David Luiz both on the wrong side of 30, and sees the man he viewed at close hand during his time at Napoli as a perfect fit at Stamford Bridge.
