MAN UTD EYE £30M SOLUTION TO STRIKER PROBLEM
Manchester United are observing Gremio striker Everton Soares ahead of a £30m potential move, according to a report.
ESPN FC claim that sources have told them the Red Devils’ South American scouts have been watching the player.
Soares has also been linked with a move to United’s rivals Manchester City, and the player recently broke into the Brazil squad, making his international debut in September.
The 22-year-old is similar to Anthony Martial in the sense that he can play either on the left side or through the middle.
It is believed that the forward is is valued at around £30million by Gremio, having signed a new contract until 2022 back in August.
Everton has racked up a combined 17 goals and assists in 35 appearances in all competitions during the 2018 season, and reportedly has a €60m release clause.
