Euro Paper Talk: Man Utd offered golden chance to sign Dortmund sensation
Manchester United have been given hope of a deal for a €130m Dortmund star, while Man City could replace Vincent Kompany with a cut-price Barcelona defender, claims Wednesday’s European papers.
JADON SANCHO ONLY HAS EYES FOR MAN UTD
Jadon Sancho has offered himself to Manchester United this summer, according to big claims made in Spain.
Don Balon claims the England winger is so desperate to make the move to Old Trafford and would rather move to the Red Devils than Real Madrid, who have outlined the 19-year-old as a future target.
Sancho burst onto the scene in the season just gone, scoring 13 times and making 19 more, and is likely to come with a hefty €1130m (£115m) price tag.
But the Spanish outlet claims Sancho has tried to ease the path by outlining his desire to move to United and continue his development in the Premier League.
While United are thought to be prioritising the strengthening of their defence, Don Balon suggests Sancho would proof a shrewd investment after suggesting Real president Florentino Perez reckons the England starlet will come with a €200m price tag in the next three years if he continues his development.

MAN UTD EYE TWO POGBA REPLACEMENTS
Manchester United will go after Bruno Fernandes and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer as they look to overhaul their midfield, reports claim.
Italian outlet La Repubblica claim that United are ‘well underway’ in the process of bringing Milinkovic-Savic to Old Trafford after Real Madrid ‘decided to accelerate’ their efforts to sign Paul Pogba.
The report adds that the 24-year-old will sign a ‘rich’ five-year contract at United with a €75m plus bonuses deal ‘practically done’.
And there may have been concern among some fans that the deal would spell the end to United’s hopes of signing Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira claims that the Red Devils could sign both players, with Milinkovic-Savic reportedly signed as a replacement for Pogba.
Schira tweeted: “The arrival of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic at Manchester United (offered €80M to Lazio) would not exclude that of Bruno Fernandes. Milinkovic should replace Paul Pogba (in the sights of Real Madrid).”
Fernandes is believed to have a buyout of €80m, however Sporting are not under obligation to accept that fee, though they would have to pay Fernandes money if they reject it. A deal could still set United back €70m, reports earlier in the week claimed.
He enjoyed a stellar campaign for Sporting, scoring 28 goals and adding 14 assists and Solskjaer will now hope he can transfer those stats to the Premier League.
