Corentin Tolisso TEAMtalk

Manchester United and Arsenal are both on alert after Bayern Munich decided to put a top midfield talent up for sale, while Chelsea are monitoring a highly-rated Monaco star, according to Friday’s Euro Paper Talk.

Manchester United and Arsenal will be on alert following the news that Bayern Munich are reportedly considering selling a former midfield target.

According to Bild (via Canal Supporters) the German giants want to avoid a similar scenario to that which has unfolded with David Alaba.

The much sought after Austria international will be out of contract this summer and can leave on a free.

Bayern are also facing a similar prospect with Corentin Tolisso, whose deal runs out in 2022.

The France international was a target for both United and the Gunners last summer. However, the Red Devils ended up landing Donny van de Beek instead, while Arsenal brought in Thomas Partey.

However, Tolisso could be on their radar again as Bayern consider selling the regular first-team star.

The report states that Bayern have made a list of clubs who could buy the 26-year-old, although PSG are thought to head it.

The French giants are looking to rebuild their midfield under new boss Mauricio Pochettino. The likes Idrissa Gueye and Danilo Pereira are expected to move on, leaving space for Tolisso.

PSG sporting director Leonardo has made it known that he would like to add more French talent, and potentially adding Tolisso can solve two issues with one player.

Tolisso has one-year left on his contract and is valued by Transfermarkt at €25million.
