Euro Paper Talk: Man Utd in €285m triple transfer explosion with Real Madrid powerhouse next; Liverpool bid €30m for Feyenoord star

Eduardo Camavinga of Real Madrid is a target for Manchester United

Manchester United are to open their summer with deals for Diogo Costa and Kim Min-jae – and a record raid on Real Madrid could soon follow, Liverpool are to bid €30m for a Feyenoord star, while Tuesday’s Euro Paper Talk claims a €35m Tottenham raid on Barcelona is on.

TEN HAG NEARS KIM MIN-JAE AND DIOGO COSTA DEALS FOR MAN UTD

Manchester United are reportedly closing on their first two signings of the summer in Kim Min-jae and Diogo Costa.

United manager Erik ten Hag has money to spend to help further close the gap on Manchester City next season. United finished third this time around and can be pleased by their progress under the Dutchman.

However, plans are in place to start the summer with an astonishing double coup.

First up, reports in Italy are pushing forward with claims that a deal for Napoli defender Kim is done.

A title-winner in Italy, he will move to Old Trafford in the first two weeks of July when a transfer clause becomes active. United will pay €60m for his services, with the player due to sign an initial four-year deal with an option of another 12 months worth £150,000 a week.

Tuesday’s Il Matino claims the player is this week ‘packing up his house’ ahead of the anticipated move. He will first undergo a holiday and then miltary service in his native South Korea before finalising the transfer.

His signing will be followed by the second arrival of the summer in Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa.

The 23-year-old has a €75m exit clause in his deal; a fee United are also willing to meet.

Per Portuguese journalist Pedro Almeida, United already have a pre-agreement in place to sign the 12-times capped Portugal international.

Now the two players are close to finalising their moves, with the both signings likely to be formalised on July 1.

Man Utd make astonishing move for Eduardo Camavinga

Manchester United, however, will not stop there and reports in Spain claim they are also making an approach for Eduardo Camavinga.

The 20-year-old was on United’s radar back in 2021 prior while still a Rennes player. However, he rejected their advances with a €40m move to Real Madrid instead going through.

While he has performed well at the Bernabeu, it seems the imminent signing of Jude Bellingham will squeeze him out.

Indeed, the eight-times capped France midfielder operated at left-back towards the back end of the campaign.

Sensing an opportunity, Catalonian outlet Nacional claims United are launching a €150m (£129m) offer.

And while that fee seems irrationally high, there is a growing feeling in Spain that Camavinga will be allowed to move on this summer.

Ten Hag is desperate to bolster his midfield and provide Casemiro with a high-quality partner. And it seems a big-money bid for Camavinga will convince them to sell.

Real Madrid plan to use the funds to sign Bellingham, while they are also wants a series of other big-name signings too.

Should United sign all three for the reported fees, it will see the club splashing out a combined €285m (£245m). And that’s before they have even signed a new striker.

However, with a takeover on the way and at least eight players likely to leave, the report claims it is business they can afford.
