Euro Paper Talk: Man Utd in huge striker boost as Serie A giants ‘won’t stand against’ big offer amid Tottenham twist; Arteta asks Arsenal to sign surprise forward

Man Utd have learned that one of their striker targets could be on the market in the summer, yet Tottenham are after him too, while Arsenal have set their sights on a new centre-forward themselves, according to Tuesday’s European transfer gossip.
JUVENTUS OPEN TO SELLING VLAHOVIC
Man Utd are among the clubs who could sign Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus in the summer, according to La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Vlahovic is one of the strikers Man Utd have been giving serious consideration to amid their need for a new number nine. He may not be as in form as another Serie A target, Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, but still has high potential.
Therefore, Man Utd are keeping an eye on the Serbia international’s situation at Juventus. Despite his eight goals in 16 Serie A games this season, he hasn’t earned wholly positive reviews. Currently, he is on a four-game scoreless spell in the league.
Besides, the points deduction Juventus have received is putting their chances of Champions League qualification at serious risk. If they miss out on involvement in Europe’s top competition, Vlahovic might want to consider his future.
La Gazzetta Dello Sport provides an update on Tuesday, revealing that Juventus “won’t stand against” a “big-money offer” for Vlahovic in the summer.
However, things could change over the coming weeks if Vlahovic gets back towards his best form.
For the time being, several other clubs are keeping tabs on him in case he becomes available. Other than Man Utd, the report names Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich as potential contenders to sign him.
Tottenham would theoretically only need to move for Vlahovic if they sell Harry Kane, who is another potential Man Utd target. Hence, Spurs’ interest shouldn’t necessarily worry United too much, since it could mean they end up with Kane instead.
Vlahovic also on Real Madrid radar
Elsewhere, Vlahovic is also being thought about by Real Madrid as a potential striker target, according to Tutto Juve.
The 23-year-old certainly has his options open for the future. His contract with Juventus is due to last until 2026, but he could be on the move before then.
During his time in Turin, Vlahovic has scored 19 goals from 45 appearances in all competitions. Previously, he scored 49 goals from 108 appearances for Fiorentina.
Despite never playing in the Premier League before, he could be a good option for Man Utd to consider.
