Manchester United are ready to move a £20m LaLiga midfielder wanted by Tottenham, while Man City are eyeing a deal for a Juventus winger – all in Monday’s Euro Paper Talk.

MAN UTD PLOTTING BARGAIN £20M MIDFIELDER RAID

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, who is also wanted by Tottenham.

The LaLiga outfit are expected to have a complete overhaul this summer, with several first-teamers set to leave the Mestalla Stadium.

Valencia completed their campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Sevilla on Sunday evening, finishing ninth with no European football.

No Champions League or Europa League football, coupled with the financial impact of the coronavirus, will lead to radical changes at the club.

Marca, as cited by the Daily Express, claims that owner Peter Lim and club president Anil Murthy are desperate to slash their running costs.

The pair are open to selling at least 12 first-team players with Dani Parejo, Francis Coquelin and Rodrigo Moreno all up for grabs.

Kondogbia, 27, is also available and that has led to serious interest from the Premier League.

French publication FootMercato claims that United have now joined Spurs in the race for the dynamic midfielder.

KONDOGBIA DREAMING OF PREMIER LREAGUE MOVE

Kondogbia ‘dreams’ of playing in the English top-flight – having already plied his trade in France, Spain and Italy.

The player has just under two years remaining on his £115,000-per-week contract, and is available for a bargain £20million.

His agent, Meissa N’diaye, already represents several Premier League stars. They include Manchester City’s Benjamin Mendy, Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi and Wolves star Willy Boly.
