Yannick Bolasie is in danger of being left out of Everton’s 25-man Premier League squad, TEAMtalk can reveal.
The DR Congo winger has been told that he has no future at Goodison Park under new manager Marco Silva and could be forced into seeking a move elsewhere.
We understand a number of Championship clubs are on alert over a possible loan raid, with EFL clubs still able to bring in players on a temporary basis up until August 31.
However, we can also reveal Bolasie’s former club Crystal Palace have also made contact – and they will come in for the player should they lose Wilfried Zaha, who has been heavily linked to Chelsea.
Palace, however, are also hoping to finalise a deal for Michail Antonio, and again Bolasie could be an option for them if they don’t manage to get a deal for the West Ham man over the line.
Hearing his time at Goodison Park will come as a blow for Bolasie, who showed early promise at Goodison Park, before being struck down with a serious knee injury.
The player has since battled his way back fitness, but a change of manager means Bolasie’s time on Merseyside is set to come to an end after just 17 appearances for the Toffees.
Silva has been busy reshaping his squad at Everton, with a number of high profile ins and outs already having been completed.
