Joseph Dodoo: Wanted at Huddersfield

Leicester City youngster Joseph Dodoo is a loan target for Huddersfield Town, sources have told www.teamtalk.com.

Highly-rated winger Dodoo burst onto the scene at the start of the season when he scored a hat-trick for Leicester on his debut in a League Cup win over Bury.

The 20-year-old followed that up with another goal in the next round against West Ham and he is regarded as one of the best young prospects in the country.

Dodoo then enjoyed a loan spell at Bury where he scored one goal in five appearances for the League One club.

Dodoo is currently back at Leicester, but he is well down the pecking order with Claudio Ranieri’s men, who are chasing the Premier League title.

A number of Football League clubs have made enquiries about signing the versatile attacker on loan, but Huddersfield are hoping to win the race for Dodoo’s signature.

Huddersfield boss David Wagner is hoping to boost his side’s attacking options before the loan window closes later this month and sees Dodoo as a valuable addition to his squad.
