We can reveal that Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham have all received glowing scouting reports on Genoa striker Krzysztof Piatek.

The Pole only joined Genoa in the summer in a deal worth £4million from minnows Cracovia – but he has taken Serie A by storm and has become the first player in European football to hit double figures. He also scored four goals on his debut in a Coppa Italia clash.

Now clubs from all over Europe are flocking to Genoa to watch the 23-year-old – who has one cap to his name, and was not included in Poland’s World Cup squad.

City, Liverpool and Spurs scouts were all present last weekend to watch Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and he was outstanding in their 4-1 win – but Piatek – who also scored – caught their attention, and the clubs returned to watch him in midweek against Chievo, and he scored again.

Despite only paying £4million for him, it is believed Genoa already rate him at nearly 10 times that at over £30million.
