EXCLUSIVE: Saints, Brighton, Bournemouth chase non-league ace

TEAMtalk understands Gold Omotayo could be heading for a move to the Premier League, just over a month after joining non-league outfit Whitehawk.

The 23-year-old Swiss striker had been played amateur football in his homeland before moving to England and joining National League South side Whitehawk in December.

Five goals in as many games have followed for the big targetman and Premier League clubs have been flocking to check him out.

Despite Omotayo’s heroics Whitehawk sit bottom of the table and have won just three games all season.

And the Brighton-based non-league side are set to cash in on the Nigerian Omotayo, who was born in Zurich, with the likes of Bournemouth, Brighton and Southampton prepared to take a chance on him.
